Armed and Dangerous
As dancers, we work so hard on isolating and controlling the muscles of our hips and torsos, it can be easy to neglect one of the most noticeable parts of our bodies - the arms! They have so much potential! We will take our arm game to the next level - working on shapes and moves, both sharp and smooth. Students will be learning exercises and postures to help make beautiful arm work into an effortless extension of their dance.
